We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. McKenzie was an amazingly good server! We hope to enjoy her service again and again! The turkey dinner was very tasty. If there was one negative, the turkey was a bit too salty, but that's a matter of preference. Otherwise, it all tasted wonderful and as two seniors with no local family, it suited our longing for a good Thanksgiving dinner, without the need to cook such a large undertaking for just the two of us! Note: We were still standing awaiting our table outside 35 minutes after our reservation. We would have waited longer if I hadn't noticed a table in the bar that was available, which they gladly accommodated us with. The staff is always excellent at Rudy's Steakhouse and the food predictably very good!

Twice a year some old friends from Chicago visit their son & his family in Portland, and we always meet halfway (I live in Newport) for lunch while they're in Oregon. Over the years we've gone to many of the fine vineyards & restaurants in the wine country but always gravitate back around to Dundee Bistro, not only for its fine cuisine but also for its stylish yet comfortable ambience, its seating options (we like to be outdoors in summer, by the fireplace in winter), and its attentive but never intrusive service.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! Brought my brother here and he was amazed by the food too. Hands down best Italian food and love the fresh pasta! Our waiter was so friendly and nice and love the atmoshpere. We all loved every dish we got and can’t wait to go back!
