Restaurants near Lakeside Cottage Luxury B&B

This was a new experience for us, but we loved the fact that the share plates were big enough for the 2 of us. We originally had chosen 4 shared dishes, but after the first dish, we reduced it to 3. The food was beautiful and certainly plentiful! And our waitress was awesome, highly recommend :-)

We went for Valentine’s Day and on the table was a little note and 2 heart chocolates, a nice little thought. The food is fantastic, very generous serves. We both had Pad Thai, one prawn and one beef. The prawn dish had a very generous serving of prawns and the beef was juicy and tender. The roti was also terrific. The wait staff are lovely, moving around efficiently, quickly and quietly. We will definitely be back.

Lovely service and food. Tim was wonderful with us and super courteous. The food portions are fantastic and seasoning was honestly perfect. Really good options and 12 beers and ciders on tap!! Really lovely staff. Thanks for the lovely experience

I love the Acorn , whenever I enter it's like a big hug , the food, service , staff and familiar patrons are all so homey, friendly and a safe place.. Awesome bands too. Maybe one negative, keep the coffee machine on a bit longer many times unable to get a coffee and still early.
