I got seated in the back corner, and while the food was great, being stuck there near the exit really affected the overall experience. It took away from the enjoyment of the meal, which was unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Fantastic Christmas dinner experience! Service was great, food was amazing. Everything was well executed from start to finish. We will be returning!

A Culinary Symphony of Goodness! My husband and I dined at Echo for the first time on Christmas Eve 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.

Amazing always Staff is always so kind- in an area like Palm Beach they make you feel like you are their most important guests. Never rushed and always attentive Thank you PB catch team for making a great Christmas Eve for two little boys!! All of our thanks - we can’t say enough about this restaurant. Service was exceptional. Not a lot of menu options for dinner, but our party of 5 loved each of their entrees. Cocktails were delicious and dessert/coffee was great as well. Tucked into back courtyard area, but still very nice view. Will definitely visit again.
