- SSerinaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at 401 prime , and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere from the moment we walked in. But what truly made our visit stand out was the incredible service we received, especially from our server, Nick. Nick was, without a doubt, one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the start, he made us feel completely at ease, ensuring we never felt rushed throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive—constantly offering refills and making sure we had everything we needed, including silverware for each course and keeping our table spotless. I didn’t have to touch the wine bottle once, as Nick was on top of it every step of the way. While the food was delicious, it was Nick’s thoughtful and attentive service that made this experience unforgettable. When I think back on our time at 401 prime, it's not just the food I remember, but the top-notch service that truly made the evening special. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to have Nick serve us againMore info401 PrimePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Lancaster•4.8

- MMikePhiladelphia County •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoOur food took much longer to get than what would be expected and when we got it, it was just warm. Not hot, like it sat for awhile before being delivered to the table. However, the food was very good. I got their baby back ribs and they were truly fall off the bone. Done to perfection. The steaks were also very good. The waiter kept coming back to apologize for how long it was taking, which when looking around, it didn't seem all that busy. He did keep our drinks filled and got a nice tip. After all it wasn't his fault the food took so long. Overall, I would definitely go back again.More infoIron Hill Brewery - LancasterPrice: Moderate• American• Lancaster•4.4

Heard great things about it and we were not disappointed at all! Food was great, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right. Our waiter (Hunter) made the whole experience a great one.
