We had a cocktail and then decided to eat in the bar area. The bartenders were friendly and informative. Our server/bartender, was Sapporo (sp?). She was great, and there when we needed her. We ordered the tuna won tons and lobster bisque to start. Both were delicious! I had the crab stuffed halibut and my wife had the torchio pasta. Both were tasty, and large portions. We received a nice size pour for the wines we ordered. The room had a nice buzz on a cold evening. Will definitely be back.

Our server was Chris. He was great. Working very hard for our table of 5. The food did not disappoint. It never has. This is mine and my husbands 4th time at Malone's but the other 3 in our dinner party were newbies! They loved everything too and said they would add be adding Malone's to their regular line up for dinning. The food was cooked to perfection. It is always so fresh and cooked just right. I've never had to send my medium rare filet mignon back. The atmosphere is wonderful. It is always clean and nice looking. The food and service is equally great. We will always continue going back. My family and I love it.

CG is my wife and I’s new weekend date night restaurant. We enjoy the personal experience , conversations with Robert, Haley and Bryon in the bar. The food, libation and conversation are top shelf every time. What I love is that you don’t have to celebrate a special occasion to share an amazing experience. 5 stars every time!

This was our second time dining at Steak & Bourbon and I have to say this has been our favorite dining experience in Louisville! Our server was attentive, hospitable and excellent! For drinks, my wife ordered the Bourbon Smash and I ordered a Blue Moon. Our dining experience began with bread that was salted perfectly with a house made butter candle nestled in the middle. This alone is an impressive start to our date night! Then we ordered the Steak and Cheese Hand Pies which were the perfect combination of flakey crust, steak, cheese and sauce! Our server had refilled our beverages and reset our utensils between each plate. The biggest decision of the evening, which steak to choose? We both ordered the center cut filet, I went for the 10 oz and she ordered the 7 oz, both with Au Poivre sauce. Our side was the Shepherd's Pie. Everything was perfectly cooked, tender and we ended our dining experience more than satisfied! We can't wait for our next visit to Steak and Bourbon!

Excellent. Great food great environment. Only complaint is the tables are a little small if you are only 2 people. They did a good job keeping the table open as we ate.
