- PPaulNew York City •39 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoIn my opinion, this Guadalajara Grill has the best Mexican food in Tucson, which is saying something, but on this visit — my first in awhile—service was an issue. The waiter was great, I don’t blame him, but it was clear that he and the other servers were each covering an excessive number of tables. It took awhile for the waiter to appear at all, then a long wait for drinks and food, and we had to ask for silverware. Again, I don’t blame the waiter at all, it’s a management issue and I saw other servers having to scurry around as well, maybe they were just short- staffed that night. So a little disappointed about that, but the food was truly outstanding, especially the table side salsa, the salmon entree and the queso fundido.More infoGuadalajara Fiesta GrillPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Midtown•4.5
