The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

    We love the seafood gumbo and happy hour drinks and snacks. My wife’s favorite is the blueberry martini. The Manager unfortunately I can’t remember his name is a tall young professional and polite guy. Miguel is our favorite waiter but the entire staff is great. We enjoy ambience and sports television so I never feel like I’m missing a good game. One last thing, the oysters Rockefeller are the absolute best in the Katy and Houston area! That’s my favorite!

    We had a delicious anniversary dinner. The salad bar was amazing and the meats were scrumptious. As an extra surprise, the dessert was yummy and complimentary as well as the glass of champagne. We highly recommend eating st Gauchos for any occasion.

    Loved it! We had a large party of 16 to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the service didn't faulter one moment! Our server, Joel, was great and even went an extra mile in making my moms birthday special. We truly had a great time and the meal was delicious! We will definitely be back for our next celebration! Thank you Joel for making my mom's birthday special and being able to deal with our large group, you did a great job!
