Service was extraordinary from being greeted at the front door to the host stand to the servers who waited on us. We were seated in a private Booth overlooking the kitchen. So fun! For appetizers, we got the hanging bacon, which was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted and the heirloom tomato and crab salad, which was delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection and their whipped potatoes are creamy and delicious. And let’s not forget the amazing desserts. We had the peanut butter pie and the Keylime pie, and both were truly wonderful. And last, but not least the drinks,. We had cocktails and wine all in all this was a 10 star meal and we can’t wait to go back.More infoOcean 48 - NewportPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Newport Beach•4.9

This place is like a Pinterest board come to life, with every level designed with the most stunning furniture. But the real treat is at the top —the RH Ocean Grill. This rooftop restaurant is a masterpiece, with an open kitchen concept and breathtaking views of the ocean. We kicked things off with some refreshing Aperol Spritzes and they were perfect. Shout out to Carson for being the best server. The crispy artichoke was a first for me—so unique, crunchy and delicious, and it came with a rosemary aioli that I could’ve drank it on its own. We ordered the RH burger for the kids and they absolutely devoured it I couldn’t resist the lobster roll, which was buttery, loaded with chunks of lobster. So so good! The Chinese chicken salad was another hit, with a fantastic dressing and crispy fried noodles that added the perfect crunch. It didn’t last long on the table! Whether you’re shopping, dining or just soaking in the vibe, this new RH is the ultimate spot for a fabulous day out!More infoRH Ocean Grill at RH Newport BeachPrice: Very Expensive• American• Newport Beach•4.6
- MMikeLas Vegas •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIf you're looking for an excellent prime rib dinner look no further. Five Crowns in Corona del Mar. We had the crown cut (end cut), shared a wedge salad which is enough for two, and my son had the French onion soup. We dined like kings and queens. Five Crowns is part of the Lawry's family with other Lawry's prime rib restaurants. I have also been to the House of Prime rib in San Francisco (reservations 3 months in advance) but Lawry's and Five Crowns beats them hands down. I suggest Lawry's have a contest to see who has better prime rib between House of Prime rib and Lawry'sMore infoFive CrownsPrice: Expensive• American• Corona del Mar•4.6
