Restaurants near Independence Lodge

This was our second visit and we were able to bri g some friends. The smell of the fire and the atmosphere was amazing. We loved our meals and the cheese board was loved by all. We will be returning and telling others

Ordered coffee and it never came and was not asked if we wanted dessert. Other than that service was good. The server did go to the wrong table with our food.

Food and service were excellent. I dinged them one star for ambiance. It's a restaurant inside a large gambling and entertainment venue (Harrah's), so there are limits to what they can do. Overall, though, the experience exceeded our expectations.

Serving staff was very innovative in taking care of our needs. Brooke was a star! She made our birthday girl (Pam) feel special!

The selection of food was good. The staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed the award winning hamburger/ Mac n cheese. Opted for the chef soup of the day, cream of mushroom and it was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and will return to sample other dishes.
