Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting.     Chelsea did an amazing job. The manager Lesha said they were a little short staffed, but honestly, we couldn’t tell. Overall is was a great experience and the gentleman playing music was awesome also !!

    A premium level experience! From the start, Hennen's provided an excellent customer experience for my wife and I. Our server, Audrey was excellent. So much so, that I would not hesitate to request her again on our next visit. We started with drinks. I had a glass of Blanton's, and my wife had a Hennen's Mule. We started with the Flash Seared Tuna. All were very, very good. Then came the entrees; Filet Mignon cooked medium perfectly as requested, with Au Gratin Potatoes, which I put up there as one of my all-time favorite sides at any restaurant we've dined at......ever or anywhere. My wife ordered the Jumbo Crab Cakes which were definitely jumbo in size and delicious. It's the second time she' ordered it at Hennen's. That's how great they are. We finished this great meal with Creme Brulee and a dessert Chocolate Martini. A brilliant cap to a great dinner and service.
