We were blown away by the creative and flavorful dishes. The venison was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The octopus and shrimp bruschetta appetizer was a delightful blend of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s innovative approach. And don’t even get me started on the brussels sprouts – hands down the best I’ve ever had! They were crispy, savory, and absolutely addictive. While you don’t need a side with your entree, we highly recommend the brussel sprouts. If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers outstanding food, incredible service, and an elegant yet comfortable setting, I can’t recommend Etch enough. I moved from Houston 4 yrs ago . I ate weekly at Perry’s for 35 + years when it was just a neighborhood restaurant/ butcher-shop. I have missed it dearly until I had a wonderful “seniors” 3 course meal at the Nashville site at lunch . Now they just need to duplicate their TexMex- Austin site here in Nashville , where good TexMex is rare Thanks to “Alec wirh a C” who embodies the professional waiter Perry’s is known for. Thank you Thank you!!

We had Scott as our waiter, it was his final day of training. Scott was very attentive and his trainer was really great. Everything was pleasant from the moment we walked in the door. Atmosphere was wonderful and the food was delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent experience with dinner at Cork & Cow! The Bartender, Waiter, and Receptionist were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Bartender served a perfect Bourbon Old Fashion, the Waiter’s dinner recommendation turned out to be fantastic, the food was out of this world. Third time we have visited the Cork & Cow and have not been letdown in any way.

We were immediately seated when we arrived. The women and the hostess stand were very receptive, professional and friendly. Our waitress arrived at our table within 2-3 minutes and was very welcoming. She went over the specials and offered to answer any questions we may have had. The service she provided was excellent as well as were her suggestions. We were not ready to order so she gave us just the right amount of time without getting annoyed at us! Our appetizer arrived and we had plenty of time to eat it and talk before our entrees arrived. I hate when this is not timed properly !! One person had the specialty pizza and it was outstanding! The others had pasta dishes and salads. Everyone was very happy with their choice of meal. Overall this was an excellent dining experience and would definitely recommend!
