Restaurants near Howard Johnson Express Inn Grand Prairie

It's was my 1st time and my Birthday lunch with my sis. The food was amazing and our waitress was GREAT!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Good service and food. There was a pianist singing as well for nice background noise, but it wasnt very loud so it was awkward to hear everyones conversations at nearby tables. The food was good. Steak was incredible. The mashed potatoes and caesar salad were some of the things we tried. all of the servers must share tips because they were all helpful and helping one another. That was nice, too. Ambiance was nice. Ask for a window seat, I wish we had done that for the views.

We had a great meal, great service, and the place is very clean. The mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. The chicken and steak were cooked to perfection.

Matt was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire menu. We tried a few things such as wagyu fried rice ,spicy tuna roll, and chicken dumplings. Cocktails were fantastic. The only negative is that sake seems to only come by the flight or bottle. So can't just have a glass or a sake carafe.

Always a great experience! We go here every month from FtW…it’s worth the drive!
