- WWendyYorkshire •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAs usual, our experience at The Old Post Office was truly outstanding. The staff are extremely pleasant and attentive, but not intrusive. Although all of the tables were full and the staff were very busy, nothing was 'too much trouble' for them. I recommend booking because this venue has always been busy when I've dined there, no matter what the time of afternoon or evening. As a vegetarian, I chose the baked cauliflower dish and was not disappointed. Gorgeous! My companion chose a burger which she thoroughly enjoyed. The ambience is exemplary and the food is value for money. Five Stars from both of us!More infoThe Old Post Office HaworthPrice: Moderate• Café• Keighley•4.7
- JJennieYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe rib-eye was absolutely perfect, succulent and cooked to perfection! All four sides were delicious, we highly recommend the turnsworth mash, beef dripping fries, creamy spinach and mac&cheese. The wine was rich and the sticky toffee pudding was the cherry on top. The service was great, our host checked up on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. You never have to wonder how to call over for some help! The restaurant is beautiful and feels old and rustic however the noise levels were way too high, the acoustics need to be looked into as I found myself almost having to yell across the table. Some light jazz music would also be nice!More infoHawksmoor ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Manchester•4.7
- DDianeLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHaving eaten here a few weeks ago with a friend, I came again with 4 more friends. We all agreed it is a truly outstanding restaurant on all fronts. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, food is excellent, all in a relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the window with the sun shining on Pendle Hill and all agreed it was the best food experience we’d experienced in a long time. Subtle and classy Xmas decorations for the festive season. First class.More infoEight at Gazegill By Doug CramptonPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Howgill•4.9
