The building of speisemeisterei is a cultural monument since 1928 and was renovated with love to the historical design from the federal state Baden Württemberg. Since then our restaurant offers different options for individual events for up to 99 people. Stefan Gschwendtner is manages the kitchen since 2016. Since 2022 it´s awarded with 2 michelin-stars. The speisemeisterei offers a mulit-course menu from 6:30pm in his rooms and on the terrace in the summer. With proordering a vegetarian menu is available as well. I understand why you have time slots. We were booked 19-21. It felt like time flew by and suddenly we were brought the bill. We wanted to order dessert but didn’t have the chance. I love this place food is great as well as the atmosphere and the location. I was super disappointed yesterday that we had the feeling to be hustled out. My suggestion would be to let your guests know- 30 minutes before the time is up so they have the chance to order a drink or dessert. Makes a smoother experience. Will still keep coming back!
