Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious.     This is one legendary restaurant that lives up to its legend. The food is out of this world. The service is brilliant. The room with a view is spectacular and the room in the lounge is cozy. This is a go-to place for special occasions. Thank you to Jackie, Jeannie and the whole staff who greeted us and our special guest so warmly.

    This is our first visit since the advent of the Kraken Hockey Team in Seattle and the place was hopping. Service was awesome even though it was super busy and loud. In about 45 minutes people left for the game and it was much less crowded and noise level much lower. Food was excellent and ambiance our favorite in Seattle. We will return but not on a game night.

    The ambiance and service were outstanding. The menu is well-developed and interesting. Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Great drinks as well!

    It was our first time visiting Ballard Cut. We were all impressed! Staff were so friendly and delicious food. Whiskey lovers in our group really appreciated the staffs high expertise level re whiskey, and the availability of so many different bourbons and whisk(e)ys. All in all, a great experience. Our new favorite restaurant in the Seattle area. We’ll be back!
