Always love our experience at all the rooms- we are treated like family!! The kind you really like!

Shrimp scampi was delicious with lemon and garlic slightly beating out the butter reduction flavor. Large shrimp perfectly cooked Tomato burrata arugula salad. Thick fresh tomatoes, light sweet balsamic glaze, thin skin on the cheese Delmonico rib eye, seared perfectly medium rare, al dente carrots, and a baked potato with a tablespoon of pesto Whitney is a great server, and personable Thank you for adding to my wife’s and my romantic getaway at The River

Drinks were fabulous...lemon lime martini and old fashion! Crab cake appetizer was tasty but barely warm when served. The bread and crackers are not worth ordering as in the attempt to heat the bread it dries out. The braised short rib dinner and the steak and ale pie are delicious. Our server was GREAT! The bar tender made fabulous cocktails.

We had a great meal. The food was excellent and the location so cool. So glad we booked and had dinner.

All around an excellent experience. Food and ambience stood out.
