We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

The Hop Vine formerly the ‘Royal Hotel’ was built in 1874 and was the main stopping off point for goods being transported to and from the old Turnpike road the A59. The Royal as it was known has served the community and travellers alike. To the rear of the building in our historic Cobbled Garden you will find our own brewery housed in the stables which were used for the horses and stage coaches as they passed through the village. Great value for money. Used the 2-3 course lunch menu with some lovely food choices and apart from the soup being a little salty, we enjoyed our meal. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the place is just lovely

No one there. Shame really as food was well presented and perfect. Outerbuilding was as expected a little tired. Interior was a nice surprise. Nice decor. Staff lovely and did all to accomodate. A Sunday roast would have been lovely. Alas they don't do one. Nice standard. Overpriced unfortunately. Maybe this explains the lack of customers.

Our starters were very large overall but could have done with a bit more toast with the pate. Main course was exception more than enough to satisfy the biggest appetite. Only the children had desert but there were clean plates so that too was a hit. Service was a little slow with clearing away empty glasses and bottles but overall very lovely time was had by all
