What a perfect evening for dinning at Vintage. The Sea Bass with lobster was great.

Insignia once again never disappoints! Alex was an absolute pleasure as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. The chef’s execute perfect attention to detail when they cook their amazing food! Alex always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He truly is the best of the best and an asset to this awesome restaurant! The food and the staff and the reason why Insignia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Long Island! The place is aesthetically gorgeous inside and out and gives you a very high end luxury atmosphere. At the same time it is over crowded and you might bump into other people if not careful while walking. The noise level is very high obviously because it is very crowded. The staff is very humble. The food price is on the higher end side and 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 1 side dish along with juice in the bar and water cost us approx 170 bucks. They have nice seating but not all. If you are a very privacy loving person who wants to enjoy your corner with your date, you will have to be worried about someone else sitting close to you on another table. I think they can work a bit more on creating privacy for all seaters. Other than that I have zero complaints, me and my partner loved it and would love to come back in future.

The drinks are well made and crafted well. The bar burger is excellent. The shrimp and lobster wontons are brilliant. Great place. Love the staff, especially Brittany and Jeremy
