I love going to 8/11 for work lunches. Everything was great today except the salmon seemed to be COATED in salt. I’ve never had any issues with the salmon prior but today I nearly sent it back, which is not something I do having worked in food service before. Had I been with a friend and not with a business person, I would have.

me and my family always enjoy the Saltgrass steak house in Danville, IL. Food never disappoints only disappointment that I have that evening never wait that long for our food to be serve to us wait for long time. But the end of that evening my family still enjoy our dinner. Thank you

Absolutely impeccable service and excellent food! We celebrated a birthday and the business provided our table with several desserts. It was a great evening.

Impeccable as always! Delicious cocktails and wonderfully prepared food. The salmon was fabulous with the dijon mustard sauce. Exquisite! Bread was warm and delicious, salad was so tasty. Love our Hamilton Walker's!!!

it was absolutely amazing!!! we came here to celebrate our engagement and had an amazing dessert!! The italian margarita my fiance got was delish and the moscato.. OH MY GOSH. the absolute best!!! the baked goat cheese, 10/10 so so yummy. we got the alfredo & spaghetti & meatball and it was delicious! portion size was great too! we took leftovers! our server (i can’t remember his name 🥲🥲) was amazingggg he was very welcoming and helpful when it came to ordering, he was quick and did great!! will definitely be back!
