Our waitress was absolutely amazing, we have been so many times and she was by far the best,so personable, communicated so well and followed up at appropriate times. Was such a great experience , obviously the food was great and the atmosphere was great, but both of those always are great. And this time our server was really amazing. I believe her name might have been Alexis, but I'm not 100% sure. She would remember talking about my daughter's new boyfriend and telling us about Keg weddings

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my friends’ birthdays and we had such an incredible experience. The ambiance was so warm and welcoming, food was just amazing and service was top notch. The portions were huge which is rare in restaurants nowadays. The server was lovely. She was nice and super friendly. We even bothered her a few times to click our pics and she happily did that with a smile on her face. Loved the place.

Hadn’t been in a few months… did not disappoint! Apple and squash salad was delicious and as always, our pizza was the best!

The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. An example is the server bringing coffee after the meal with our being reminded. The noise level was very reasonable until a noisy group sat beside us at a very close table. The meals were tasty, large portions, attractively served but the pasta could have been a bit saucier and hotter. All in all, dining at Buon Gusto was a lovely experience. I like how the entry is set up so the cold (or hot) air is blocked from entering.

Our group of 4 at The Keg at the Gillingham was served by Sameet. She was pleasant, humorous and efficient. We were seated promptly, our steaks and chicken were served hot and they were delicious (as always at The Keg).
