Interesting food combinations. Always something new to try. The server was very helpful advising my friend who normally isn’t a fan of spicy food. We had the curry dish and the chicken burger and shared both our dishes. Both were great. Very tasty fries as well.

Have eaten here a few times recently. Really nice space with way better acoustics than the old style earl’s. Beautifully designed with nice separation between the tables for privacy while still providing the energy of a busy popular restaurant/bar/lounge. Great staff that were eager to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience yet not intrusive. And the refreshed earls menu and festive cocktails and mocktails are the topper to it all. The parking validation (after 4 pm) is s a nice feature as well (even tho it didn’t apply to our lunch window). Will come here often.

The service was outstanding. Josh, the manager, took the time to help us out with several gift certificates which definitely took some time to process. We appreciate the care taken and the food was outstanding as always. We keep returning to the Keg, and this location in particular.

My friends and I had a beautiful evening together thank you to our server David. Everyone is so welcoming and everything was on point. Shrugging Doctor was a wonderful place for our family to celebrate a milestone birthday! We enjoyed the tasting flights, and those who tried the Shrugging Doctor beer were impressed. The staff offered to turn up the lights above our table if our low-vision family member needed, and they worked quickly to get drinks and food out to us as soon as we ordered. The food was very good, fresh, hot, and the perfect amount to compliment our beverages. The sourdough flatbread with oil & vinegar was the table favorite- warm, crispy and simple paired with wine and cider. Also the Manitoba Charcuterie and olives were great to share. I would absolutely recommend a visit to Shrugging Doctor for a quiet date night, or a fun and different group event!
