Our server , Cierra was impeccable, ensuring that our experience was both relaxed and enjoyable. I opted for the blackened swordfish, which was a standout in both presentation and flavor. Although my wife’s fillet arrived slightly cooler than expected, its rich flavor made up for that. Overall, our dining experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend Backroom Steakhouse for a special evening out.”
