Restaurants near Gross Woods Nature Preserve

Everything about our dining experience was outstanding. The only minor negative would be that we were sitting in a lovely booth but it was right by the hostess station and front door on an extended cold & windy evening resulting in our seating area being on the chilly side for the entirety of our dining experience. This was an extremely minor issue. Our servers was outstanding and my husband and I really appreciated that she knew the menu and food so well. Every question we had, she was able to answer thoroughly, as well as was able to make recommendations that we were very happy with.

First time visiting and the food was amazing. Shared the cantina dips - couldn’t possibly choose a favorite. Then had the grilled poblano dinner and upgraded to steak and the grilled shrimp and garlic dinner. All around really good. Summer was a great server and gave us a lot of good information and was attentive. Will definitely go back.

It is always a treat to visit Coldwater Cafe! Today was exceptional! Our server gave us time to chat before ordering and continued to fill our mint tea glasses without asking. Our food was delicious and fresh. My friend had the chicken salad and I had the steak salad. The bread is a great addition with its delicious taste. We had plenty of time to talk and eat without pressure. Lastly, the dessert! My friend had the peanut butter fudge cake and I had the carrot cake. Oh my! Both are the perfect ending if you have a sweet tooth. Wonderful day! Thank you Coldwater Cafe!

As always, great pizza and the pepperolis are enjoyed by all at the family table! Caio Bella

Bailey was great server. Dessert menu is upgraded and the chocolate wave was even better than previous purchases.
