My husband and had had a great dinner last night. There were beautiful bouquets of flowers on every table. It being the day after Valentine’s Day we were pleasantly surprised at how well they handled such a crowd. I ordered the ribs and they were fabulous. My former favorite ribs were at Rutherford Grill but these definitely gave them a run for the money!! My husband had his favorite short ribs and they were delicious! We are regular customers and will continue to go there every chance we get.

There was a small error with the bill and we were charged double, but the next day we spoke with the manager and he told us he wouldn’t fix the problem. Other than that, everything is very good.

Coles Chop House offers a 5 STAR fine dining opportunity within the informality of the Steakouse experience. The steaks, carefully prepared from the highest quality meats available, are of course the star of the show; however in addition, the comprehensive menu selections offer comparable quality seafood and vegetarian options to please other tastes. Inventive Cocktails and an "all price range" wine list compliment and complete a very delicious and memorable dining experience. Cole's is a "go to" for locals and visitors alike whose management and service staff earn our support year after year.

When we checked in with hostess she said, Whose birthday is it? Once seated the staff brought to the table a lovely handwritten birthday card. Though we chose not to order dessert they brought an irresistible vanilla ice cream with lit candle to complete my celebration. Service was impeccable. The waiter was able to say “yes” to each request. The halibut upon a bed of lentil and carrot was divine. They offered a “house wine” that was red, a Cabernet Sauvignon. It was excellent. This restaurant has their act together. No wonder almost every seat was filled.

I hadn’t enjoyed Torc recently, I need to visit more often! The cocktails were superb (ride lightening!). The appetizers and salad were delicious! The diver scallops, and short rib were fabulous and the duck breast was outstanding! Kudos to Sean and the kitchen!! Philip provided great guidance concerning the menu and excellent service!! Oh! Forgot to mention the red velvet and the pave desserts…. We loved both! (My friends who had a not good experience at a previous visit were amazed - delicious food, exceptional service and can’t wait to return.) Thank you Sean, Cynthia and staff!!
