Excellent food and service. We sat in the bar and it was quite noisy; will wait for a table in the restaurant next time.

Well we had a bad experience before this one and the manager reached out to us to apologize and make things right. We finally decided to go last night and use the offer to make things right. We’ve visited this establishment for at least over 10 years, and last night reminded us that this is why we come to the KEG. Everything was delightful, delicious and our server Scott was super AMAZING. Thank you to the manager and thank you Scott for the amazing and delightful hospitality and service.

Fantastic service! The place was packed due to a home game, yet the table I had requested due to mobility was reserved for us. The food came out fast and so freaking good! If you haven't tried the fish and chips do it!!!!! Also our waitress Alyssa. She was amazing. It's probably been years since I've encountered such great customer service in a public place. People just don't care anymore. She was so friendly. She talked with us, joked and even told us a story or two, all while ensuring our meals were good and our drinks filled. In a full house that's a wow factor for me. I cannot say good enough things about her. She needs an award for best customer service. 10/5 stars for Alyssa! Also we had other servers bringing out our food, I didn't catch the guys name, but he made sure my mom was not missing anything, as she only ordered a soup, and he even brought her out a small plate so she could pick off our meals. (Mom eats like a bird). And he also came back to check how things were. The kitchen staff I'm sure was hopping so I wanna give them kudos as well. The fish was the best I've ever had this time. It's always amazing, and it's always the only thing I order, but tonight was the perfect blend of crispy and delicious, so way to go kitchen staff! All in all will definitely come again. Thank you! 🥰
