General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). Always reliably good food at Joey’s . The servers went out of their way to be friendly. One day I’ll find out why the picture sign to a wheel chair accessible toilet point to the staircase. :)
