Checking in was confusing… it was our first time here and you get the option of cooking your own meat or having it served cooked already and that determines where you will sit (which we did not know). The hosts assumed we would want to cook our food and sat us at a grill, so we had this awkward conversation with our server and he had to explain the experience to us. When we understood, we asked to be served and had to move to a different area. As a $$$ experience, I had hoped for a little more help at minimum, an inquiry. Then someone came to take our order, but it wasn’t our Server, so when our Server arrived (Kevin, who was awesome), we were confused again. And poor Kevin was even a little bit confused. For the price we paid, it was extremely underwhelming. All you can eat seafood Wagyu is a nice draw but the “feels” of the experience didn’t align with the price we paid.

Service was just ok. We had party of 7. 1 person from my party had to wait over 20 minutes for her food. Apologies and/ or discount or something was warrant.

The food and service is always amazing! From their crudo, pizza to pasta, everything is beyond amazing

Xochil and Omar are the best. They both took care of us and will be coming back just because of how good they treated us.

It was more casual than I expected, but the food and service were excellent and the views were incredible
