Julie was one of the sweetest servers and made our experience so special! Food was amazing and one of the best meals we have had in the area.

Great experience. Food was very good. We requested bread for the table and thought the bread was very good. Portions were large and service was prompt and friendly. Restaurant is a little hard to find in the bldg, but find the front desk and you’ll be close to the stairs that go down to restaurant. We would happily go back to this restaurant.

Stillwaters had more of a crowd than they expected. Server friendly and personable, but slow. Food took a long time.This is very unusual even in their busiest times. Roast pork dinner was great!

The Varsity Club gave us a great meal in terms of food. The She Crab Soup was good and full of crab. The Schoolhouse Salad was a great salad. We had the pork chop and trout. Both were excellent. The only negative was the service. I’m pretty sure there was only one server for the entire restaurant and the dining room was about 80% full. There were definitely some assistants, but only one woman was taking orders, etc. we waited 27 minutes before our order was taken. Food was great. But there need to be several more servers.

Great restaurant nestled away in the center of Summersville. It's a really good find with fantastic food and amazingly friendly staff. We ate dinner hear during our visit to West Virginia and reviews did not disappoint us. The restaurant itself needs a bit updating and more warm ambiance, but that's nothing compared to a great menu selections cooked to perfection.
