- SSteveChicago / Illinois •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur first full day in Edinburgh started with a tour of Edinburgh Castle and ended with dinner at Cafe Royal. Both were fabulous! Fish and chips, Balmoral chicken and amazing beef were all enjoyed by my party. Ending with the delightful sticky toffee pudding, the meal was perfect. Couple the amazing food with the warm and inviting surroundings, friendly service and holiday decor, we couldn’t have designed a more wonderful evening.More infoCafe Royal - EdinburghPrice: Expensive• Continental• Edinburgh•4.3

We had our food and the staff then came to say they had reserved us seats in the bar where we continued to have a few drinks relaxed and chatted. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon coming up to Christmas.More infoAngels with BagpipesPrice: Expensive• Scottish• Old Town•4.6
