Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. She went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, checking in just the right amount and making us feel genuinely valued as guests.     You have to follow up more than twice for some of the food that haven't been served yet. We requested for a second batch of the complimentary bread, but we didn't get served. Drinks were served waaay before our meal so by the time our meals came, the drinks were already bland because the ice had already melted
