Restaurants near Fort Yamhill State Park

A-maz-ing. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends. It was a first visit for all of us. From the cocktails to salads, breads, our pasta choices, risotto, and finally dessert, everything was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I appreciate the stated time allowance for diners to keep reservations on schedule. We are all looking forward to our next dining experience there.

I’m a bit biased as the crew at Hayward are my friends but genuinely they have worked so hard to make every aspect of your visit so inviting. Table service was excellent but not too pushy. The food was incredible and came out in decent time frames. If you order staggered or do the kickback (which I highly recommend) it never feels like you’re waiting around for things. You get to enjoy each item without feeling rushed to finish it so you can get to the next one. The dining room is nice, quiet but not too quiet you can still hear the hustle and bustle of the rest of the building which I think is charming to have such an incredible space in a community building like that. I think Hayward is the perfect spot if you like the idea of meals made with the seasons and like a bit of adventure to your meal.

Had to wait a bit to be served but the food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was a little noisy due to a table of fairly loud women, but all in all, a delightful experience.

Delicious food, outstanding desserts. Kudos to the pastry chef. Quite the experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Day Wines. Great wine, great people, fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
