Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's.     I was so happy with this choice! Since it is family style and the portions are large the restaurant is quite a good value. Staff was super warm and attentive and the food is on the healthy side and melts in your mouth. The flavor of the wood stove is beautiful! Bravo.

    This is Boulder’s best restaurant! The seafood is fresh, the preparation by Chef Anthony is creative and allows the seafood to shine, and the bar drinks are incredibly delicious. We have been coming here for almost 30 years and will continue coming back again and again and again….

    New Year’s Day is always challenging to find an open restaurant for our anniversary. Staff seemed understandably weary, food and drinks took unusually long time but we couldn’t fault the food quality. At these prices we expect outstanding service and attention to detail but given the timing and challenges facing restaurant businesses we understand.
