Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots.     Wow! First the hostess graciously accommodated our arrival glitch. Then CJ and the food prep crew did a wonderful job preparing and serving our meal. Everything was truly world-class from the oil and aged vinegar served with the focaccia, to the home-made ginger beer, to the fresh vegetables and mozzarella in the Caprese salad, and the AMAZING short ribs and pasta. Wonderful food meets warm, capable service, it’s the perfect pairing! Thank you!
