Restaurants near Flying Fish

Celebrated a birthday meal here and booked very last minute. Pleased we did as the welcome, service, food and value for money was fantastic. The level of service we received is rare to come by nowadays. Possibly one of the best restaurants Staines has to offer.

We came to this restaurant because we had been before and the food and service is always great. This time, the food was really good as usual, but the service was lacking a bit. They did have a full house and were genuinely busy, however, it took longer than expected still to be asked for food and for them to come clear table after each course. Lady serving us still friendly, but we had to keep calling them over if we wanted something. They also had live music, which we werent aware but it was nice. Only thing we would say is the music was too loud and so we couldnt hear the singer very well and we sat right by a speaker.

Very nice atmosphere. Staff were helpful, checked about allergies before taking our order. Bread on Bruschetta was overly crunchy and very difficult to cut. Main course of crab ravioli was very nice but could have been hotter. Nice touch of my friend and I to receive a birthday dessert which was lovely. would definitely try the restaurant again.

Sino is our local Chinese restaurant, we are so lucky to have is it based nearby. We visit regularly and we absolutely love it there. The food is incredible, the service and staff are so lovely and the environment and atmosphere is wonderful. 10/10 Love it 💕
