Not too many places can do as many things well as this particular eatery. If guests just need some premium meat to bring home to cook, the butcher shop has its own entrance at the side of the building where guests can peruse all kinds of cuts of beef, lamb, pork and various kinds of house made sausages and pate. Naturally, Laurelhurst Market's menu focuses on the many fine cuts of meat that are cut on-site as well as farm fresh produce. Appetizers include the Charcuterie Board that features house made cured meats and pates with seasonal mostarda and house pickles. The most popular entrées include the Ribeye and the Olympia Provisions Pork Chop!

Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there.     We have been to this restaurant quite a few times and always love it here. Great food, drink, service and ambience. My wife was born in Russia and this plays makes gives her a lot of nostalgia and she can vouche for the authenticity of the cuisine. Can't recommend enough!

    The views from the restaurant are amazing! The table was perfect, just what we needed for our business meeting. The management was very accommodating when I had to add additional seating the day before. The staff showed us exceptional service and was super friendly plus very knowledgeable about the menu. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

    What a lovely place! Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I had the shaking beef. It was tender and not too spicy. My husband had the salt and pepper calamari which he loved. Other companions and the rice bowls. We started with the spring rolls which were some of the best I've ever had. The house wine is very good! Looking forward to dining there again. Highly recommend.
