A few of the staff had not been to the restaurant before, and it was a great experience for them. More infoSeasons 52 - SacramentoPrice: Expensive• American• Arden Fair•4.7

The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.More infoElla Dining Room and BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sacramento•4.7

Especially since Bennett's finally listened and stopped chilling the red wines! That made no sense at all! So, now my wife enjoyed her sea bass and i enjoyed the meat loaf with a perfect glass of cab and then took the rest of the bottle home!More infoBennett's American CookingPrice: Moderate• American• Sacramento•4.5
- NNancySacramento / Sacramento Valley •23 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoParagary's has been a family tradition for special occasions (as well as casual dining) because of their excellence for decades. Tonight was my father's 96th birthday, the first birthday without the 'love of his life' (mom, married almost 70 years passed in June). We went to celebrate both his birth and the many treasured times we shared. Our server was as sweet as can be, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Our food was outstanding and dad's special birthday desert delicious. We will continue to share our special times at Paragary's.More infoParagary'sPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Sacramento•4.7
- MmangiaSacramento / Sacramento Valley •40 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 29, 2023Don't judge a book by its cover. My in-laws sniffed at the Starbucks cafe setting and sniffed some more when the tea came in actual Starbucks paper cups. I had my apprehensions too, but boy, were we wrong. In all my years of reviews, I've always held back: never raving and never using exclamation marks, and I'm so glad I saved them for Tribute Bistro, because their food and service were fantastic! I'm always leery about ordering Brussels sprouts because other restaurants either burn them or undercook them, but Tribute's were crispy, fully-cooked and delicious (my ten-year-old kept stealing from my plate)! The yummy chicken pot pie was generously sized and thoughtfully came with a perfectly dressed arugula salad. Burgers were cooked right (although we could have done without the BBQ sauce as we're not used to sweet sauces) but the star of the dish was the thick cut garlic fries: crispy outside, tender inside. I've never had thick cut fries so good. If you like your tomato soup smooth like a bisque, you will be disappointed. Tribute's is country style: very tomatoey with just the right amount of basil--I loved it! The grilled cheese sandwich was all grown-up: real cheese on sourdough. So if you don't mind decor that includes a nook to print out your boarding pass, go to Tribute's Bistro for comfort food. (We'll try the pricier fare next time.)More infoTribute Bar and BistroPrice: Moderate• American• Sacramento•3.6
