Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. We were sat right after checking in even though it was very busy so that was great. The server was very prompt and the appetizer came soon after but unfortunately the drinks didn’t come until when we were almost done with the appetizer so that was a little disappointing. The lobster roll, scampi and salmon were decent. We also ordered almond cake and it was ok. I wouldn’t get it again. Overall, we had a good time.

Good experience. The Servers who were serving the meat, made sure to come regularly and any requests we had they would cover. The Main Server (Blue Shirt) hardly did come.

An excellent lunchtime experience. Exceeded our expectations with original and innovation flavors. Delicious dishes with high quality ingredients and tasteful presentation. Not precious "tweezer" style food but cuisine that feels familiar. Deceptively different in the best of ways. It is difficult to describe what the food is like since it is so unique.
