It was our first visit and it won’t be our last! Our server, Holly, was kind and helpful. The staff worked really well in simply clearing dishes, filling water and securing a to go box. Our brunch was delicious! Love the decor, CLE views and make sure you go the restroom to see amazing photos of a beautiful young man.

Our meal and service were outstanding. My only complaint is the same that I experience in many restaurants now- It's so loud we have trouble even talking to each other at the table. What happened to polite dinner conversation? I'm not talking about the bar area, that had fun music playing that created a festive atmosphere.

Always an impeccable experience here. Food was exceptional; the rockfish marsala was a delicious, inventive new take I'd never seen before, and the scallops were perfectly cooked and seasoned, maybe the best I've ever had. Drinks? Delicious. Dessert? 10/10. Live piano in the corner? Delightful. But what really stands out here is the waitstaff -- Ricky, our waiter, was so friendly, attentive and helpful, checking in at exactly the right moments, and we really appreciated him! Could not be happier -- this one of the best dining out experiences in Cleveland, hands down.

Loved every second of my visit tonight! Thank you for accommodating a corner table request so my girlfriend and I could catch up without people on either side.The sever was awesome in every way!

I've always said that Heck's has the best burgers in Cleveland and our visit to Heck's in Ohio City last night confirmed that sentiment. The burgers were great and our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. If you are looking for a nice place out in Ohio City, with great burgers and food, look no further than Heck's!
