First time at Ramsey's Kitchen since they opened. The food was outstanding and the Company was even better. Will definitely be back again.

Despite some initial miscommunication, their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They were attentive, professional, and committed to ensuring my concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. Their dedication to excellent service turned a potential issue into a positive experience.

Our server was AMAZING! The food is so yummy. It was loud but it’s the holidays and it was busy. The server was so kind. He was asking my friend and I if he should keep his hair style or change it. :) It felt very cozy even though the restaurant is large. Thank you for making my friend’s birthday memorable!

My experience was amazing. I enjoyed my food. Autumn recommended an appetizer that I would never have tried if I have came by myself. She even let my try samples of wine that was amazing. I will definitely come back to this location thanks to my experience thanks to Autumn.

Everything was great as usual. I really enjoy the vast beer selection. The food quality always exceeds my expectations. The only complaint is the 3% service charge for using a credit card. I understand they are only passing along the bank charge. I also think this is better than a flat charge for everyone as they have done in the past. I prefer to use a credit card and do not want to see these charges everywhere so that is why I rated 4 stars as opposed to 5. I recommend they absorb the charge as the cost of doing business and raise prices as needed.
