Last night, I had an exceptional dining experience at Ruth’s Chris in Hawaii. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with the signature sizzle that makes Ruth’s Chris stand out. The sides and desserts were equally delicious, making the entire meal unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a special night out or just treating yourself to a top-tier meal. If you’re in Hawaii, I can’t recommend this location enough. It’s a must-visit for steak lovers or anyone seeking a high-quality dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant and first time to eat there. We were in back room w great view of the ocean, so I believe it was quieter & calmer than when you first walk in. The service was amazing! I had the 10 oz steak and lobster. The steak, which I don’t eat very often, was incredible. Both my husband and I were able to bring home half of the meat for another dinner at home. The lobster tail was just a little bit overcooked, I thought with almost a crust on the edges of the lobster. It was not as tender as the Maine lobsters I’m used to. But they did give a nice amount of butter to go with it. The rolls that were served were excellent. And we had the chocolate chip gelato dessert which all four of us loved. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

What an incredible restaurant! Absolutely amazing service from the entire waitstaff to the manager who came over to check in with us and say hello. The food was insanely good with very large portions. Highly recommended.

I went with my family, and it was fantastic! I made a reservation on OpenTable, and the only time available for six people was 5:15 PM. Although it was early, we got to enjoy a stunning sunset view of Diamond Head, and happy hour lasted until 6 PM, which worked out perfectly. We ordered a mix of dishes from the happy hour menu, including regular fries, margarita pizza, hamachi, roasted salmon, calamari, chicken wings, and a sushi roll. Everything was delicious—we even ended up ordering a second round of hamachi. I’d definitely come back!

You would not expect it from the way the restaurant looks from the street, but the food is excellent quality, quantity, and taste! We had the same waiter a few times and he is also excellent! The ambiance is good too, as long as you're not facing the street.
