Food is superb, creative and a great mix of Mexican and Nuevo cuisine. The octopus ceviche was world class, the ciliac (sp) soup superb, the cheesecake sublime. The tartan was good. Service—for any restaurant—much less one of thus caliber—a joke. Lunch was almost 2.5 hours because of slow service

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Lives up to the hype. The al pastor fish tacos were a highlight! Incredible. My only critique would be that they use a QR code menu. I love a physical menu and am sad to see the whole restaurant scrolling on their phones the minute they sit down. Personal preference though, and wouldn’t stop me going again! Loved it.

Amazing experience overall with really tasty cocktails. We got the opportunity to sit at the bar and it was fantastic to see the cocktails being prepared as well as getting all the descriptions when receiving them. Got knowledgeable recommendations as well. Great vibe, friendly staff passionate about what they’re doing. Interesting that most of the preparation happens beforehand for the cocktails. Would definitely come back!

We recently visited Ling Ling Mexico, and we were blown away by the entire experience! Located on the 56th floor of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mexico City. The ambiance is both elegant and casual, making it perfect for a special occasion or a relaxed evening out. The menu features a delightful fusion of Asian-inspired dishes, with a focus on Cantonese and Japanese cuisine. We tried the sashimi, fried rice with bone marrow, and sliced beef, all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sushi rolls were also a hit. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and accommodating. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. The cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the sake was an excellent addition, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The triple-height terrace and lush vegetation create a unique and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Overall, Ling Ling Mexico is a fantastic dining destination that combines great food, excellent service, and stunning views. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Mexico City.

We came here because we couldn’t get a reservation at Contramar and was told the menu is the same as their sister restaurant. Food was spectacular. Had the scallop tostada and the tuna tostada which were delicious. And the red and green fish did not disappoint. The service was very attentive and the waiter spoke wonderful english. Would highly recommend! Sat upstairs which was fairly quiet and serene with a nice view of the park across the street.
