If you’re early, the extensive bar is steps away with what seems like bartenders as carefully curated as the art throughout the hotel. The kitchen is as accommodating as you can imagine. I like my beef rare and my friend more on the well side (so embarrassing 😂). No problem, we both were presented with perfectly cooked portions. Everything was beautifully presented and the gelato for dessert was a great finish to our meal.
