Food was exquisite. Cooked to perfection. We had the calamari and she crab soup, then the Steak Oscar and my man had the sirloin with a crabcake. The drinks were strong enough and tasted delicious. Try the P.Y.T. and the chocolate cherry kiss, they won't disappoint. He also had the barrel aged old fashioned and said it was the best old fashioned he had ever had. Dessert was the white chocolate bread pudding and the key lime pie; they were fantastic, as well. We were not rushed, we had everything we needed quickly and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Pricey? Yes but well worth it. This was my 2nd time there, his 1st. We will definitely return!

Valentine's Day lunch at The Boathouse at City Point was great! The food was delicious and our server was attentive. The food was a little slow coming out, but that was understandable with more than normal customers on this special day. I wish that they had a special menu for Valentine's Day, but we enjoyed our entrees; fried shrimp, the salmon dish, and the Zookie for dessert. The meal was expensive for a lunch, close to $100 with tip, but the quality and taste of the food were appreciated.

Excellent experience, the entire staff was friendly and professional. Food was as good as would be expected at a restaurant on this level. Great job by the bartender, best Old Fashion I've had, and there have been many. The Filet Mignon was absolutely perfect. I had the special, stuffed Rockfish and it was great. There is a lot of great competition in this arena and we're looking for the best of Richmond. These guys are on the short list.

We are locals. This was our 1st time back since new owners. The service was great, our waiter was personable, his name was John. Ask for him. The menu offered us things we liked. I chose salmon and my husband chose Smash burgers. The sweet potato and brussel sprouts combination was delicious, highly recommend. We like how they no longer offer tastings but sell flights, it is more profitable for them. Overall a nice afternoon.
