Fantastic meal and experience at Collete's. Service warm and friendly. They use local growers. Food was superb. Wonderful ambience. Quiet and we could talk without shouting. Awesome.

Our waiter Fernando was amazing. Food was delicious especially the filet mignon. Would recommend and the live music was a nice to listen too :)

We've eaten at the Watering Hole twice and had two nice meals. All of the signature cocktails are excellent, and the food was much better than my expectations, especially the burrata appetizer. The scenery is unbeatable -- there's an artificial lawn directly overlooking the Safari Park's large enclosure, and you will see rhinos and other wildlife as you dine. People hang out and drink cocktails on the lawn as well. Would make it a part of any visit. A 2:30 reservation fits well with the 12-2 tour blocks common at the park.

We have always loved the Brigantine. It wasn’t crowded so it was surprising how noisy it was. We were in the smaller glass walled dining area where the 4 of us could not hear each other due to the lack of sound absorbing materials. Pretty room but not conducive to quiet conversation.

This was our first time coming here. We loved the ambiance and decor. Our server was so friendly and took care of us and my husband's 40th birthday with a different type of candle. We were so amazed. We arrived around 530 and it was not as busy as when we were done with dinner. Can't wait to return!
