- JjulieLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4

Nothing at all under $60 then add tax and 20% service and its around £100 a bottle of ordinary wine! The Boathouse only adds a standard 15% service so all credit to them. The member of staff was really talkative and he was trying to be nice, but it was overpoweringMore infoCentral Park BoathousePrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Upper East Side•4.6

Cozy and festive decor paired with impeccable service and delectable food makes this a “must try” for anyone looking to soak in the magic that is Christmas in New York! I highly recommend the honey roasted fig appetizer and the pan seared scallop entree.More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
