Was warmly greeted and promptly taken to our table. Britney was our server and was professional, attentive and provided great service as always at Amerigo - Cool Springs. Always a great dining experience and looking forward to returning soon!

We always enjoy a visit to Mere Bulles. Last night's visit had a special purpose. We are searching for a pre-wedding event space for 125 in October, so we wanted to look at Mere Bulles with a different focus. Annmarie was a superb waiter, the food is always great, and the atmosphere is upscale. We self-toured the rooms we hope to use, the new/redone patio with the firepit, bar, etc. We think it will be perfect, as was last night.

Had the salmon and my husband had the prime rib. Both were excellent, as was the service. As we had earlier finished a wine and bourbon tasting at Belle Mead, we decided to stick with mocktails. Both were amazing! I had the blueberry faux-jito and my husband had the cherry ginger fizz. If the recipes for these two mocktails are available, I’d love to have them! They were the best mocktails we had tasted anywhere.

Excellent food - terrific service - as we celebrated the new year and a birthday in style! Don’t forget the coconut cream pie - it’s delicious!

My wife and I and our two older teens went out to dinner to enjoy dinner together before the holidays. We all enjoyed our meals - a pasta dish for my daughter; filet and mashed potatoes for my son; ribeye/shrimp for my wife; and Alaskan black cod for me - all were delicious! And our server (Ellie) was fantastic as well!! My wife and I also enjoyed our drinks. We always enjoy dinner at Firebirds - and we’ll look forward to our next outing.
