1818 at Monmouth is an exquisite restaurant. The minute you walk through the front door you feel welcome. You leave the outside world behind , you have entered another realm. There is a sense of calm and tranquility. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere often with soft music playing or sometimes a live pianist filling the home with melodic splendor. The service is excellent and attentive . I have tried several items in the menu . My favorite is the filet mignon. I tried the seasonal butternut squash soup on my last visit which was perfection. They have a nice wine list and all the appetizers are good as well as the gumbo . If you wish to plan a romantic weekend trip , please support Natchez and stay at Monmouth and visit 1818. This was our second time going for Thanksgiving! The food was delicious, the service amazing and the views beautiful!

This is a fabulous Natchez “experience “! Frankie’s delights you as soon as you walk in the door- it is a visual feast for the eyes! You can’t help but smile as you are greeted by Frankie himself or one of his smiling Staff Members- all eager to please & make you feel welcome and eager to experience their cocktails and Menu. They aim to please and inject fun & professional into their service-is your cocktail ok? Your appetizer tasty- they are attentive to you through out your visit! 5 Diamond! Highly recommended!

Our dining experience was wonderful! The environment was very inviting. The food was excellent! Our server was very friendly and provided great service. We were very pleased and will recommend to our friends and family.
