A very memorable Christmas dinner experience. If you get here early, this spot allows you to watch the surfers while sipping cocktails and hearing the waves crash right next to you. Magical vacation memories. Every menu items we ordered was prepared supremely, and the servers did an amazing job. Very friendly and welcoming. Variety of menu items including some area specialities. If you are looking to be ‘WOW’ed and having a spectacular dinning experience, Carolina is the place to be. With 3 different tasting menus, there is much to choose from. We enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu. We were attended by Alberto and Ezekiel. They were amazing. Alberto shared a bit of background about the restaurant and the menu, where Ezekiel made sure the menu was tailored to our liking. They were very attentive, courteous and great hosts. The chocolate caviar to celebrate the birthday was the best surprise of the night. Thank you Chef and Team.

Very much a fine dining experience - dress accordingly. Beautiful beach location with impeccable services. Quite pricey compared to other nice local restaurants but truly a step up in terms of menu, ambience and service.

Food was delicious and a touch more elevated than other meals we had in Punta Mita. Highly recommend!

The empanadas were delicious! The Thia eggplant was good but a little too sweet ! This restaurant is very nice but they should try to keep the young children from coming up the beach to try to sell !
