Restaurants near Comfort Suites Huntington Beach

This was our Valentine's weekend dinner and it could not have been more SPECIAL! Not only is the decor always warm, comfortable and inviting to see (Lots of BEAUTIFUL wood!), but the Customer experience was literally, off the charts! We were pleasantly/ genuinely enthusiastically greeted by 3 different people who treated us like valued guests, NOT just a Customer and this set the tone for a wonderful dinner! Our Server had to have been exhausted from the night before, but she didn't let it show! We felt VERY PAMPERED by her! (Sorry I didn't get her name, but Med length dark hair and we sat in a booth near the lobster tank.) And THE BEST part was the food! ALWAYS incredible and worth every penny! Husband had Cioppino that had SO much FRESH, WHOLE pieces of seafood (Shells were even intact!), that he used the tasty Texan Garlic bread to clean up his plate as the Cajun-style soup TASTED LIKE NEW ORLEANS! I had VERY delicious Shrimp - and they were SO LARGE, that I brought leftovers home to enjoy at another time. WONDERFUL DINNER! Thank you, King's! We will return!

I’ve been to this location going on almost 30 times now, and the consistency of service, food, ambience, etc. is second to none! Highly recommend the bacon wrapped chicken, bottom sirloin, filet mignon, and the tastiest lamb with mint jelly ever! Obviously, we will certainly return! Our thanks to the entire staff for being as consistent, friendly and professional as they are. It’s a real pleasure to die in here!

All the staff was extremely kind and helpful to our group. We were well taken care of for the whole night and they never made us feel rushed.

Everything was great. Very good value. The server was not super on top of our table but he made great recommendations and it was a little busy. Super great happy hour especially for the price. Very solid choice

Tonight, the food at BJ's was GREAT! (There have been times recently, that their deep dish pizzas only had skimpy toppings and stale-tasteless crust, but not tonight.) We ordered SEVERAL different pizzas - Large Deep Dish Veggie and a personal Sausage Deep Dish pizza and both were absolutely WONDERFUL! Dough/crust was light/flavorful and lots of toppings. Actually took some home as leftovers and look forward to enjoying another meal! We tried their Garden Salad and it was also VERY fresh! The Chili was not so great and they were also out of Root Beer. (Must have had a rush over the weekend!) There still doesn't seem to be enough Servers as they are all running like crazy to get things done, but details (like getting plates and parmesan cheese) kept falling through the cracks. Reco for the restaurant - PLEASE consider making a few of your Pizzookies (sp?) ahead of time so that folks don't have to WAIT forever (It was at least another 20 min!) to get these. We only wanted the item to go and it should have been EASY for the server to request one that had been already made. Overall, we are seeing forward momentum in trying to improve (food came out pretty quickly! THX!), and Servers do a GREAT job (You just need to hire more of them!). We will return!
