Dining at The Old Inn on the Green is an extraordinary experience: fine wine, great food, attentive, knowledgeable service and the dining rooms illuminated only by candle light. Chef and Owner Peter Platt, along with his team, work to create innovative and memorable meals that are an event unto themselves. Currently, we are offering a $85 prix fixe menu with 5-6 choices per course every night we are open. Oh, baby, what an experience! My date and I, we were absolutely smashing, yeah! We kicked things off with some bread slathered in beef tallow—oh, it was new, exciting, and downright delicious, baby! Then, we shared the green goddess salad and the 5 onion soup—both of 'em were pure magic, I tell ya! So good, I couldn't help myself, I drank that soup like it was liquid gold. For the main event, we had the lasagna and the trout fish and chips—timeless, baby! So classic, I thought I’d just float away on a cloud of flavor. Lee, our groovy server, was a total legend and made the whole experience a real treat. We'll be back soon, baby—no doubt about it! Yeah!
